Production Process
1. Load the PVC scrap into the storage hopper.
2. Convey the PVC scrap to the top via a conveyor belt.
3. Remove metallic impurities through magnetic separation.
4. Transport the sorted PVC scrap to a secondary magnetic separation stage, then feed them into a grinder.
5. Grind the PVC scrap into PVC powder.
6. Use a vibrating screen to filter out PVC powder that does not meet the required particle size; return the PVC powder to the grinder for re-grinding.
7. Transfer the compliant powder into a storage tank, where it is thoroughly mixed and stored.
8. Use a precision weighing scale to accurately measure the specific weight required by the client, then package the material in batches.
9. Conduct daily batch-by-batch testing of samples to ensure quality assurance.
